Dejligt ophold

Skønt ophold. Dejligt rummeligt familieværelse på 27. etage - helt fantastisk udsigt. Dejlig morgenmad og skøn pool. Poolen var dog sindssygt kold (!!) - som en svømmehal i Danmark - ville have ønsket, at hotellet brugte overskudsvarmen og varmede poolen op (bæredygtigt).

Fantastic view of the city and river from room and property. All personnel I had contact with (reception, concierge ((Mr. Childs and his assistant)) restaurant advisor lady, maid, bellhop) were extremely polite and socially engaging.

This hotel....just wow! The proximity to everything is super convenient and we had a room with access to the executive lounge that had an amazing buffet as well as stunning views of the river! Our room was amazing and service was impeccable. Also, they have a ferry to cross the river right behind the hotel (go to front desk and there are glass doors that open to the spa, go left, walk past the bar and take another left), one goes to river city directly across the hotel (operated by the dock to the left of the Hilton dock) and the one directly to this hotel takes you a little further down to the right of the river. Took us a little bit to figure out which ferries went to where so hope this helps!

Amazing hotel on the river with incredible staff. They go out of their way to answer any question and to help you in every way possible. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. The hotel is next to Iconsiam Mall which is a must to visit - the food there is mind blowing. Outside of Iconsiam you can catch the riverboats...perfect for exploring the city. 10 out of 10

Poor experience

I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel. There was no welcome greeting and the staff seemed cold; the lady at the check-in counter was particularly unwelcoming. During my visit to the fitness center, we noticed several staff members sitting together and chatting, completely ignoring our arrival without offering guidance. Following the hotel’s recommendation to dine at OXBO restaurant, we encountered several issues. The oysters were served before the white wine, and the wine was not served in chilled glasses. Unexpectedly, the oyster was thin and tasteless. Although we requested that the main course be served separately from the sauces, it arrived mixed together. Additionally, the presentation of the cocktail changed without any notice. We returned one of the dishes, and they didn’t charge us for it. As a positive gesture, they also didn’t charged for that warm glass of white wine. The following day, the Director of Operations noticed the situation and met with me in the lobby to gather more details. Overall, I left feeling disappointed by the experience. Hope they can improve.

This property is amazing! great location. Walking distance to Icon Siam and the pier. Beautiful facilities and even better breakfast buffet. The most amazing selection ive ever seen in a hotel breakfast buffet. Great for kids too as there is a small playground within view of the outdoor dining tables.
