We really enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of the Moxy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the rooms are small but they are serviced every day which made up for it.

The location is great! However, the room is smaller than Glow Shibuya hotel and there’s not enough room for table and chair. The room is generally clean, however we noted that there’s some small drain flies in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Great hotel. Location is the big draw to this place. It’s in the center of Bangkok right next to a major mall with food courts. You can take an elevator down and you’ll be on a skywalk connecting you to the mall. You got to walk to get to the BTS (the elevated train that will take you to most places in Bangkok) which was fine for me. The hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel but it was in the heart of Bangkok in a great location, hence why I give this property a good review. Cons: I had to cart my luggages up to my room although most hotels will do this for you. I booked a few nights and extended my stay to a week because I lived the location. I’m a solo traveler so I’m not sure how the hotel would be for family but I did see families here and they seemed to be having fun down in the lobby with the pool tables. I will be back again just for the nice location and nearby vicinity to the malls and restaurants in the malls.

New hotel highly recommended
The stay was great with very friendly crew and a nicely decorated lobby at level 9. Hotel is busy but everyone seems happy working there so we felt happiness around all the time. Most of the crew speaks basic English so no problem with communication. This location is convenient to go to Big C, CentralWorld and Platinum. There are many massage places nearby too.

New Hotel and Great staff
It’s a very new hotel and we had a very long stay of 11 nights there for work and vacay. The staff are generally very young but very accommodating and worked really hard to make sure our stay was as comfy as possible for us. I guess the only thing we weren’t too pleased about were related to equipment and policies that’s not related to the staff in general. The coffee machine never worked everyday throughout our during breakfast and that machine honesty isn’t catered for buffet headcount. Shower tend to get cold and hot and some weird policy of not allowing camera within the hotel and my colleague was told to keep his camera but handphones are allowed. But throughout our stay we see so many with serious photography gears shooting anything and everything in the hotel. We would like to point out Ms Mild (F&B Manager) & Ms Nat(Front desk Manager) for listening and actually took our words seriously and did changes as much as they could. Mr Bond from the bar that’s always so helpful, smiling and always remember what we liked. Chef Mind’s local cuisine is to die for every morning and he’s always so kind and thoughtful. It’s a waste it’s not in the menu for lunch and dinner until we were leaving. House keeping not only cleans our room perfectly well but fast. Location of the hotel is great as it’s the first time we are staying there and no regrets. It’s a must stay if u are around Centralworld . Rooms are not big but enough with great view. Love the modern designs and vibe.

Staffs are all very nice. Location is superb, near to big C, central world and at the mall itself also got after you cafe as well as restaurant and massage. And they are nice to allow early check in and late check out! However, they do not provide iron board and iron in the room even upon request, they do not have it. Water heater is not working as well as expected, the temperature of the water is not consistent, Few second hot and then few second cold, it happens to my friend room as well. Hotel is very big, but no swimming pool and bath tub in room. Overall, is a good experience :) Thank you all the staff for being very nice and polite to everyone.

This place was amazing! After leaving another hotel because of how dirty it was this was definitely the upgrade I was looking for! Great view, all the shops are near by. The staff was very helpful greeting up with a drink and saying goodbye with ordering us a taxi to the airport for cheaper than the local transportation! If I could give it more stars I would!

チェックインの際にレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたら、1時間だけ認めてくれました。「１時pm」と、向こうが念を押したにもかかわらず、当日外出から12:20に帰ってきたら、カードキーが使えなくなっていました。フロントに言うと入れるようにはしてくれましたがとても気分が悪かったです。従来のホテルと大分違う斬新な設備なのにダイレクトリーがなく（テレビの2チャンネルがダイレクトリーとなっていましたが、何も映りませんでした）、冷蔵庫さえ分かりませんでした。チェックアウトの後、スーツケースを預かってもらうためにG階のエントランスに行くと、スタッフが誰もおらず、呼び出しベル的な物もなくひたすらそこで待つしかありませんでした。ホテルの入り口に誰もスタッフがいないなんてあり得ません。立地の良さだけで選びましたが、マリオット系ホテルとは思えない低レベルのホスピタリティでした。二度と泊まりたくありません。
