minor water bug problem using sticky traps/last 2 nights overhead AC leak water on aisle&refrigerator/internet slow (2G)security at elevators often inattentive who come and go IE not longing non registered guest of hotel registered guest .great breakfast buffet w/great staff. daily room cleaning staff floor 5 great. all negatives minor to me. location great for nightlife seeking individual .

Handy to everything that you need to do in Bangkok. The room we had was renovated, large and safe. Good breakfast included. Value for money! The only negative is that the hotel does not supply an iron and ironing board.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions. Check in is easy. Very close to BTS line. Bars and restaurants easy walking distance. “Country Road” live music bar is a nice stroll or tuk tuk ride. Breakfast is provided and plentiful. Wifi provided. My bed was nice and firm. Room ladies were always on hand if you required anything. The pool is great. It’s just a great, central place. Thankyou.

The room and bathroom are old. The bath tub caulking has turned black. The 3rd floor hallway carpet is worn out and dirty. The staff were nice and very helpful. I stayed at this hotel because it had good ratings. It did not live up to thecratings at all.
