This is a reasonably quiet and comfortable hotel. there are two good pool areas and would be well suited for families. The gym could do with an update, the breakfast was ok for the price. They have a mini-bar and pool bar but neither of them serve alcohol, lots of options just accross the road.

Staff are friendly. Location is closed to Khaosan. But the area around the hotel is quieter which I prefer. There are lots of good restaurants around the hotel. Some areas around the hotel unfortunately has sewer smell.

Quick 1 night in Bangkok stay before flying home.
The a/c wasn’t cooling our first night but maintenance fixed it and it worked really well after that. I couldn’t get the TV to stay on. Seemed like it was in demo mode and kept showing the features. I was able to watch some Olympic events but then lost signal. The pool and gym were very nice. We enjoyed both of those amenities very much!

Wonderful family friendly hotel
My kids (15 and 10) and I had a wonderful stay at the Nuovo City Hotel. It is a great little, well located property. We were very comfortable and well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and rooftop area lovely for taking a break from the city, and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There cute family friendly restaurants within feet from the hotel doors, and it is walking distance to all sorts of things including a wide variety of street food, Khao San Rd, and the ferry to the main attractions and other neighborhoods. Highly recommended!
