Stayed at Novotel BKK during a long haul transit. At door 4 of arrivals a shuttle bus is offered. I would have preferred to walk but couldn't see any directions. Small issue on check in as my Expedia booking wasn't found. Easily resolved. Had a snack and beer at Sports bar during happy hour. Seemed expensive!! Spa pricing (didn't use) seemed expensive. In general hotel was fine and met my needs for 1 night.

The Novotel is great. It is so convenient, only 10 min walk all indoors from your hotel room to airline check in. The staff are great. Food is really good and reasonably priced, especially for an airport hotel. Beautiful lobby and pool area along with a Thai Garden.

Extremely convenient and lots of amenities on the property. They have a sustainability initiative which includes soap/shampoo dispensers, glass water bottles and reduction for towel changes. The only feedback I have is that the soap has harmful ingredients for aquatic life, so please consider another type of soap please from a local company with proper environmental credentials. Thank you!
