The Novotel has excellent staff, good hotel dining options, well designed rooms, and a cheerful lobby. The pool is also very nice. However its biggest feature is that it connects directly to the airport, so it’s great for an early morning flight. The only negatives are that it’s a little dated, like carpet and furniture fabric are a bit threadbare. Also the rooms do not have smart TVs.

We stayed one night as a family to catch our flight the next day. Overall facilities, room, restaurants were in very good condition. The staff were helpful and nice. Super convenient for those who transit through Suvarnabhumi Airport, especially if your flight time is really early or late. We will definitely return.
