Great location obviously. Plenty of dining options and the room was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the condition of the hallways on the 2nd floor. Considering you are a Hyatt property, I wasn’t expecting the dilapidated condition of the walls and carpet. Other than that, everything was great.

Most convenient for transiting at BKK

I was in transit in BKK. Hyatt Regency Suvarnabhumi was excellent. They have multiple shuttle vans so the wait to go to the hotel is negligible. The hotel is literally a 3 minute drive from the airport. Check in was easy and the room was spacious.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years whenever we travel from Australia to Europe, and it’s always a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect for an overnight stop before an early international flight—close to the airport but still quiet and peaceful. What keeps bringing us back is how clean and comfortable everything is. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Our kids absolutely love the pool—they can easily spend the whole day splashing around and burning off some energy before a long flight. The food at the hotel is also fantastic. We’ve enjoyed delicious meals every time, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the great quality and service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stopover near the airport. It’s become a bit of a tradition for our family, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
