Nice property. It’s pricey due to their convenient airport location. Love the 24 hour stay feature. We checked in at 4 pm and could stay until the next day at 4 pm. We enjoyed their beautiful pool and could have made use of their swim-up bar. Clean rooms. Delicious but expensive breakfast buffet ($30 CDN).

Okay, but too hot for me.
This hotel is the best for convenience when staying over at BKK for an early flight. Easy walk to terminal or shuttle. The food is good but expensive. They are starting to save money by keeping it warmer inside. My room was made quite warm in the middle of the night so I woke up all sweaty. The main areas are also a bit warmer than normal. This is an expensive hotel for Thailand so the value isn't good when they cut the AC to save money on electric. The hallways are starting to get old looking too. But, otheriwise, I like the place when I really want an easy trip around BKK.

Property is a bit tired. Elevator was VERY far from my room. This is a transit hotel, but does not allow luggage carts in the rooms, and doesn’t keep them around.

The hotel was perfectly situated for our purposes. We had a 24 hour layover. We believe that the price for a regular room was fair. They offer a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. It’s a fairly large hotel with a beautiful lobby area. The staff is very courteous and efficient. Check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. We had time, so we took the train to the last station for a little sightseeing, shopping, and an early dinner. It costs about $1.35 each way and only took about 30 minutes each way and they run fairly often. TIP: if you don’t have Thai currency (Bhat) there are a couple of ATM machines just outside the hotel. You have to pay for the train with Bhat. Our only complaint and shock was the $16 double espresso for two. Not even in New York City. I believe it would have been cheaper to get the breakfast package than ordering the coffee. Still in SHOCK! Anyway, yes we recommend this hotel just be aware of the ridiculously expensive coffee!

I've stayed at this hotel many times since it first opened. It's been in decline for the last ten years. Too many individual items to list here - but indicative is the fact that the staff response to my complaints was to invite me to join "the Club", implying I might get better service, Outrageously bad value for money. Close to the airport is the only things going for it.

Perfect after a long flight A short walk from airport arrival/ baggage claim. Room service is 24/7. Rooms and halls are quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Minibar is fully stocked. Relaxing bath and spa after a long flight before heading into downtown BK.

Great airport hotel
Great hotel of you need to be near the airport. It is clean, quiet and accommodating. The restaurant is quite good as well. An added park is that the tramway into Bangkok is walking distance from the hotel!

Ultra convenient airport hotel in Bangkok
An unbelievably convenient hotel if one has early or late journeys at Bangkok Free shuttle from exit 4 or take AC tunnel at city express train exit, 7. No problem taking airport trolleys which are free. From airport there is an entrance to the tunnel just next to reception. Walking with a trolley takes 10 minutes Hotel is not particularly cheap but rooms and comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a good pool too. Food in restaurants is excellent but again not particularly cheap. If this is a big issue simply walk to the airport where there are numerous cheap, sit down but street food places. Lots of FX places at the airport end of the tunnel which give particularly good rates
