The hotel is built really beautifully, but the cleaning staff doesn’t clean properly at all. Whoever owns the place should provide them bleach for all the mildew. The first room that I went into, the smell was so bad I had to ask for another room. The second room smelled bad, but it was more bearable for just one night, the reason why they smelled so bad is because they don’t spray any of the mildew down with bleach. The shower and sink had mildew all over them. The floors also you can tell weren’t mopped properly. And although everything was designed beautifully, they’re not clean. The front desk staff was really apologetic and friendly, but I would not recommend staying here until they start bleaching all the mildew. Also, they were these tiny little black bugs that were crawling on my pillow, so I didn’t sleep or shower the one night that I spent there.

Close to the airport, very clean, helpful staff. It had a shuttle to the airport, running once an hour, starting 4 am. Breakfast starts 6:30. Very good value

Avoid at all costs
Avoid this property at all costs. I booked and within 15 minutes of booking realized I needed the next day (I was flying international and lost a day) when I contacted them to change the date they said no. They were not full either day and simply saw it as an opportunity because there is nothing a foreigner can do. There are many, many great hotels around the airport pick another one.

Avoid this hotel, unless necessary
Booked a couple of nights in Thailand with them. They are close proximity to the airport and thought it would be easier for transport. They had mentioned that Shuttle to the airport is free. My stay wasn’t as pleasant for the following reasons: Their language capacity in English is very low. They misunderstood a lot of our comments. Shuttle for the airport was not free. We had to pay out of pocket. They missed out on sharing critical information. Twice we had booked the shuttle and still it turned out to be a mistake. Breakfast options are limited and didn’t enjoy my meals. They didn’t have our rooms available on time. They wanted to split the two rooms on two different floors. They were always confused when you asked a question. Overall they don’t really care much for their customers. We spoke politely to help them understand but it seemed that it didn’t bother them to show proper service to their customers.

Looks like a brand new property but they say it’s a year old. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The only downside was there was no restaurant in the hotel. These were 5-10 minutes walk. No pool or gym. Staff were very polite and courteous. Gave me a box as I left at 6am and breakfast was served from 6.30am
