Very clean and nice helpful staffing! Close to the airport but far from city center. We got taxi service to go to Paragon Siam, Icon Siam, and Platinum….. Night time activities is Asiatique next to the river. And dinner show at the Mandarin Oriental hotel (expensive venue)

Very new and clean building. Only 15 mins to the airport. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. Perfect to stay if you have an early flight. I would stay here again.

This is a nice property we stayed at for our flight the next day. Staff were lovely, and very fast. Free shuttle to the airport and breakfast included. Breakfast is limited but still a nice addition

The hotel is built really beautifully, but the cleaning staff doesn’t clean properly at all. Whoever owns the place should provide them bleach for all the mildew. The first room that I went into, the smell was so bad I had to ask for another room. The second room smelled bad, but it was more bearable for just one night, the reason why they smelled so bad is because they don’t spray any of the mildew down with bleach. The shower and sink had mildew all over them. The floors also you can tell weren’t mopped properly. And although everything was designed beautifully, they’re not clean. The front desk staff was really apologetic and friendly, but I would not recommend staying here until they start bleaching all the mildew. Also, they were these tiny little black bugs that were crawling on my pillow, so I didn’t sleep or shower the one night that I spent there.

Close to the airport, very clean, helpful staff. It had a shuttle to the airport, running once an hour, starting 4 am. Breakfast starts 6:30. Very good value

Avoid at all costs
Avoid this property at all costs. I booked and within 15 minutes of booking realized I needed the next day (I was flying international and lost a day) when I contacted them to change the date they said no. They were not full either day and simply saw it as an opportunity because there is nothing a foreigner can do. There are many, many great hotels around the airport pick another one.
