Just not too familiar with Bangkok and areas, we thought were right where we wanna be but all good. The street is a little mellow but still walking to metro and even shopping. Breakfast was ok, basic selections for an up charge and our stay for five days was basically the same. Spa was rather disappointing as it’s done in the guest rooms. Also a coupon was given but just on a few not so popular selection of massage with discount.

This is my second stay, the first was amazing, this time my room had a bad smell in it ,that the last room did not! But the staff are amazing and accommodating, massage is great..restaurant across the street was great as well. I will stay again just not in the room that smells funny

The Park Plaza hotel is good value for money. It is located in Soi 18 between the Emporium Mall and Terminal 21. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. However, the rooms are old and tired and could use some TLC. Wi-Fi is slow however, the water pressure in the shower is great. The pool is nice and has a The pool is nice and has a decent fitness centre attached to it. All in all it’s a decent hotel for the price.
