Prince Palace was outstanding and excellent value. The Hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff were great also. Will definitely be returning, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bangkok.

The best thing we like was breakfast buffet, lots to choose from. Options are great & fresh. Staff are very polite & nice. The only thing is I wish the staff speak better English. Had some difficulty communicating. I would definitely stay at the Prince Palace if I come to Bangkok again.

I think the hotel was beautiful just much older! We ran into a situation where our room got flooded with water on the 22nd floor, and in our things the moved us fast to another room but nothing was done about our things.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Nice breakfast and pizza by the pool. A little bit too firm beds for me but clean. I would recommend this hotel!
