Is This really a Hilton? No more!
This was my worst experience, is this really a Hilton? The room clearly lacks maintenance. There was a strong smell when entering the room. During the two nights we stayed, engineers came three times to repair the bathroom door, air conditioner and door lock etc, among other problems. This is so bad and disturbed for me and the kids. I would definitely not recommend staying here, unless you don't mind being disturbed.

Perfect location sightseeing as walking distances to BTS and Metro line. The room is really comfortable and the staff does a good job in ensuring that the room is clean daily. All staffs are friendly and professional. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Bangkok.
