We paid extra for early check in and late check out but that was not communicated to our hotel by hotels.com, so check in was unpleasant but the kind receptionist let us in our room 30 minutes early. The tv remote didn’t work so we had to sleep with the tv on all night. The blinds also didn’t close all the way & the shower floor had mold.

Nice hotel in a great location
I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was great and the location is excellent. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good value. Two minor things: on most days it took a while to run the shower before getting hot water; on one day the water was scalding hot. And there was some construction that caused a lot of noise. They only had notices at the check in counter which I did not see until I was checking out. Otherwise I would have planned my days differently to avoid noise when I was trying to rest. But overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again if I come to Bangkok for vacation.

Nice building and facilities but service and maintenance can be better. Paid extra for early check in and late check out but upon check in, it was denied because it is a request not guaranteed early check in. The beddings reeked upon check in, Shower head sprayed water all over the entire bathroom, door lock ran out of battery, have to wait extendedly and or call multiple times to get anything

フロントは親切それしか良いとこない。 あとは、最低。部屋に案内されたが、アメニティーはあるがタオル類が一切なし。連絡し、持ってきてもらったが、3泊し全ての日タオルがない。忘れたにしろ、毎回何かしらない。ティッシュの補充や、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが補充されてない。宿泊している階は毎回男性清掃員。床のゴミも前日のまま。そのくせしっかり枕元に置いたチップは受取る有様。部屋の壁が薄くて、隣りの部屋での男女の営みが時間関係なく始まり、音漏れが酷すぎ。子供がいたら聴かせたくない。連続2日間、最悪な隣り部屋にあたる。1泊ごとに国籍が違うカップルだった。英語でこの状況をフロントに私が説明できないから諦めた。ただの騒音ならまだしも…やっぱり古いホテルだから仕方ないのか。ソイカウボーイが近いから夜になると、そういった女性が何度かエレベーターに乗ってきたのをみた。ハズレ部屋だった。次回は2度と宿泊しない。駅から近くみえても横断歩道が近くにないから遠回りしないと行けないのも不便だった。

Overall is a good property. Room and amenities is good. Room is good sized and overall enjoyed. However, only complaint is the replenishment of linen and daily essentials. Had to remind them constantly that there were 3 guests as we also found only 1 set of linen and essentials when we returned in the evening. Also, do note it's near to Soi Cowboy so those returning late via MRT and BTS, need to walk past the lane. No issues, just crowded and walkway has many bikes. Overall good property

High price based on demand
The rate I got was very high compared to my colleagues and without breakfast so I can only comment on the room and facilities. The gym is basic, so free weights, weight machines, treadmill, bike, cross trainer. Didn’t try the pool but it’s on the small side. Room was nice but the air con needs to keep it cool but it’s quite noisy! Not a bad view on the high floors.
