I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for my sister and her boyfriend, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had requested a room with the best view if available, and the reservation team went above and beyond to make it happen. We were given a fantastic room with stunning views, and to our delight, a birthday cake was waiting in the room upon arrival. The service was exceptional, and the staff’s attention to detail made the celebration extra special. The hotel truly has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bangkok. Strong smell

Most things are superb at this hotel. We have stayed here before and appreciate the service, location, and price. This time there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid in our room. We called and asked about it. A cleaning lady came but said she couldn’t smell it. It eventually lessened, but every time we returned to our room we could smell it. (The hotel staff offered to change our room, but we declined.)

The place had a great view and overall was pretty good. However, the bathroom was missing some essentials like a hairdryer, ironing board, and other basic amenities — which I would have expected given the price. Room service was friendly and efficient, but a bit more attention to detail would help; they accidentally left the fridge door open, which unfortunately spoiled some of my medication.
