The breakfast was terrible. There were limited food stations, and it was always overcrowded. The food's taste was far below the hotel's standard, and I did not enjoy it at all.

Très belle expérience
Ravis de notre séjour en famille dans cet hôtel qui est vraiment très beau, parfaitement situés et dont tout le personnel est adorable, spécifiquement avec les enfants. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes mais ça n’enlève rien au charme du séjour. Merci de l’aide apportée pour les différentes réservations (Tuk tuk, taxi ) et conseils ( éviter tel endroit le soir par exemple). Le personnel est aux petit soins! Je précise aussi pour les familles nombreuses comme les nôtres ( et donc familles un peu bruyantes) que les chambres sont très bien insonorisées donc on a pas peur de déranger avec un bébé qui pleure ou un toddler en pleine crise existentielle… Bref je recommandé

We had a very good time in Bangkok. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is my 3rd time visiting your hotel. I will return. But ask that the taxi driver next time is told to help with putting luggage on trolley off the road. I would just say that the taxi driver did not want to help with putting our luggage on the trolley. He wanted to leave it on the road side behind the boot of his car. Expecting us to lift off the road. I had to tell him to help us as my friend was 75 years and could not manage.

Solid location in Bangkok near a lot of dining/shopping options. The hotel itself is really well maintained and the morning breakfast had a pretty good selection of items from multiple cuisines.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Only complaint is the bath tub style shower. I wish it was just a walk in shower like other hotels. Otherwise this is nicer than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean and modern looking. Lots of shopping around the hotel.
