Great price and location. Building had seen better days. Have stayed 3 times in this hotel and twice had a room with a water leak in the ceiling. Room is always clean and staff very friendly. a damn good hotel unless you are some rich dingleberry who is accustomed to 5 star penthouses.

Great location
The location is excellent - just a 5 minute walk to Asok BTS and MRT. Despite being on Sukhumvit it’s remarkably quiet & the pool area is relaxing. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to reach my room.

Convenient and good value.
Stayed for a week in October. Had a nice and spacious room which was cleaned everyday. Very small pool. Location is very convenient to both BTS and MRT only 3 blocks away. Theres also some restaurants and bars around to choose from. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have easy access to trains and a good and comfy rest for a good value.

Location near Sukhumvit is ideal, it is a budget hotel fo sure and an okay place to stay for a night or two. Our only concern was with air conditioner that didn’t seem to put out cold air, merely cool air which can be a life or death situation in the humidity of Bangkok. Upon checking with the front desk, they offered to move us next door.

I booked hotel for 3night staff’s very kind and nice when I arrived first room I found out the lizard and ask them to help then they decided to changed me to the 2nd room no lizard but a lot of mosquitoes and so noisy from the hotel next door they’re renovating until 2330 so in the morning they started their work again so I decrease to check out and asked for refund for 2night that I didn’t spend staff’s very polite to told me that I can not refund and ask me for changed room again and I told her about problems that I got she told me that the hotel next door they asked gor permission to renovate until 2200 so I no have reason to stay more night for no have any good rest here.

Swimming Pool was a Plus. But it would be better if the pool was deeper, instead of just 1.2 metres. But i guess, there are safety concerns, especially woth children using the pool, so i guess it's okay.
