Clean and well kept. The service was good and the staff very friendly. The bed was a little firm but that was to be expected. The only thing I was not impressed with was the buffet breakfast, it is very limited when compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It would not dissuade me from staying there again though.

Superb location

Location is fantastic. Just few min to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 Mall. We book a suite room. It was super noisy as fhe facing was near the road. The hotel room looks abut aged. But we love the location

Staff was amazing and resourceful. If they didn't have something I needed, they knew where I could get it. The room was nice a spacious. The hotel was located in the middle of Bangkok's nightlife. They were able to schedule a ride to the airport after I checked out.

Hotel is at noisy junction. We need to pay for another room to move the other room not facing the road. Aircon blower is directed at the bed. Hard to rest with wing blowing at my face the whole time.

Mixed bag here... Our first 'suite' was on the 3rd floor and in pretty rough condition with clocked toilet, large stains on the carpet and a very very moldy air conditioning vent. We asked to be moved and the same room on the 6th floor was better. I wouldn't go so far to call the room a suite as really only a room divided by a TV console and a leatherette couch. We would not stay there again for the price we paid and the many many other choices near by

I’d like to highlight the helpfulness of the breakfast staff (especially the ladies whom were cleaning up tables on Jan 4th 9am). I had my airpods on listening to a show and almost left the breakfast area forgetting my cell phone. One of the staff ran to me and gave me back my phone. I sincerely appreciate and am very thankful for that.
