Excellent service from check in to check out. Staffs behind the counter were all smiling and spoke very good English. Check in was smooth, easy and fast. The luggages were brought to the room right after I got in the room. The cleaning staffs did great jobs. The staffs often helped getting the elevator and pressed my floor before I got in the elevator. The staffs came out to the back parking area to greet us when we were leaving the hotel. Wonderful friendly feeling from the staffs. They all deserve bonus from the hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of times, impeccable service and clean rooms as always. Only weird part is their laundry voucher says 2 pieces for 200 baht offer. Listed price for 2 tshirts was 80 baht each so total should be 160 baht. That means if i use the voucher the laundry will cost more. Which is ridiculous. Highlighted to the staff and they told me the manager said its already discounted price. Anyways the amount isnt big so i didnt pursue further. Just want to warn ppl against using their laundry vouchers. The vouchers is a scam, they will charge you more.
