Amazing stay with my family - used this as a meet up spot for my extended family coming from Australia and other areas of UK for a big family holiday. Hotel is very luxurious with exceptionally helpful staff. Pool great. Bars and restaurants without fault. Breakfast buffet is superb. Lucky to be upgraded to a loft suite which was out of this world. Access to own private checkin and concierge with own breakfast and high tea dining facility which we only used once as the main breakfast buffet was so sumptuous. This will be my regular go to from now on when in Bkk.

I have stayed at SO many times and it is a decent hotel. Starting to get a bit old but still have everything that you need. Be mindful that the pool area is never in the sun!

It is a lovely hotel and the public areas have been recently refurbished. That is not the case with the bedrooms which are getting shabby with broken equipment. Checkout was as poor as check in.
