The fridge is not cold our milk spoiled and the washing machine the dryer function is not working. We been trying to wash the same batch of clothes for 2 days. At the end we have to force dry in the room and our clothes soak for two days!

Home away from home!
I stayed in an Executive Suite at SilQ Residence and Hotel, and it was exceptional. The one-bedroom apartment-style room was spacious, well-designed, and had stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet convenient. Excellent amenities made it feel like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall, it's fair. Some staffs were very helpful, but the other were not. The hotel was new and clean, but maintenance was poor, the whole bathrooms smell like sewage. Never solved... Linens were worn out... and Smoking area was above the swimming pool, so it's not good for kids to play in the pool, some even smoked marijuana there...

My room was at high floor but facing nearby condo, very close. Happy to have onsen facility but service ends at 10pm, 9pm is last slot. A bit early. Breadfast was western and thai style with mini sushi bar. So far so good. Since the bed is comfortable and clean, we give 4*.
