The location is convenient as within 5 mins walk from the BTS Phloen Chit. There is a mini coffee and biscuits corner at Level 17 which we always drop by for our hot chocolate before bed. We will given THB700 and used it for room service. The thai fried rice is yummy with alot of crab meats. The Spa located in the hotel is good and at a good price. To note the spa charges cannot be charged to the room. We have requested for firmer pillow prior to arrival and were provided in our rooms. The only thing is the shower room which the floor is not correctly angle thus the water will not drained out and pooled till house keeping.

I have worked in several luxury hotels in Dallas, TX and so I have some experience in hospitality. I know what to look for. My guest and I were delighted from the moment we were greeted by the doormen. Everyone was very professional and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent, our room 2280 was most luxurious, the pool was perfect. I will return! Thank you Sivatel staff and thank you specifically to the 17th floor staff and the 8th floor staff and kitchen and the doormen on the first floor. Sivatel hospitality lives up to the Thai reputation. The general manager has an excellent staff. Regards, David and Thidawan P.S. There was no dust or dirt anywhere, everything was very clean. I was impressed by the elevators and the young man who took care of our floor and our room 2280. He will go far!
