Typical Japanese hotel, very clean and organize. About 5 mins walk to Schuvmit station. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are not budget tight.

The Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok was clean, quiet, in immaculate condition, and safe! Big thank you to P’Ploy and P’Queen who showed incredible care and compassion during my stay when I experienced sickness during the early morning hours. Not only did they offer to call a taxi to the hospital, they also catered to my requests and continued to check up on my condition throughout the night into the following days. I could not have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be back in the future!

One of the best hotels that I stayed in Bangkok. With very reasonable price range but clean, quiet, absolutely kind employees and to have filtered water. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who is looking for a clean, friendly hotel at a very good price.

日本にいるのかと錯覚するほどの品質でした。テレビは民放もオンタイムで放送、トイレは日本製であったかウォシュレット。朝の食事のグレードも日本のビジネスホテルの遥か上を行き駐在の人たちも利用してました。コインランドリーもあります。部屋も綺麗でスタッフの対応も良いです。世界各地に（特に発展途上国）にもっとできると良いですね。 ムンバイ希望

員工非常好又有禮貌，無論supervisor 或一般職員都很有善親切，一定要讚讚Kim Fuse。另外，酒店設備完善，水壓好，隔音好，廁所/浴室/洗潄 分為三個獨立空間，光線柔和不會太暗，有化妝空間並光線適合化妝。基本上沒大缺點，如位置更近鐵路站或沿途有蓋可避開雨天，就會是完美。
