We needed a place to stay for the night before catching out flight back to the states. The rooms are lovely, well stocked with needs for travelers. However the air conditioner in our room was not working and we we’re immediately moved to a 2nd room. At checkout we we’re informed a candy bar from the mini bar was gone in the 1st room & we we’re charged for it……There is a fabulous mall close by with food, shopping, & a Starbucks!! We would definitely stay again & recommend Park Nine Hotel to others even if it did cost us a candy bar 😜

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. Although i didnt realize i had booked a hotel so close Patong Beachs busiest party street. It didnt matter. This was a great place that was procate enough for you to never notice. My lids love it, the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our floating breakfast. They had an onsite tour agent that helped us with planning activities. My opinion is this is one of the best hotel experimces ive had. The rooms were great. Comfotable beds. Spacious areas. No complaints whatsoever

The pool and patio area was wonderful. Staff was great. Their Airport Shuttle was super convenient and easy. The room was nice and comfortable, but a little noisy.
