I love this hotel! I book it every time I fly into Bangkok late at night. It’s so close to the airport and 7/11 is down the street! They also have amazing authentic Thai coffee

I am always disappointed when you arrive and the hotel is under construction and you won’t informed of this. The staff did try to overcome this but not having a real front desk was a challenge. The hotel was noisy. Airport hotels have people coming and going at all hours but with no soundproofing, especially from hall into the rooms I heard everyone coming and going. So much for sleep! Included breakfast was good!

I enjoyed the efficiency of the staff from Getting to the hotel from the airport. They were friendly on arrival and made sure that my bags were taken to my room as there was no elevator.
