Large sign at front door should say " lobby on 5th floor. I know there is a sign outside, way bove the door area. No one looks up they look at the entrance. Thanks to the doorman who told me to go to 5th floor. Largeste room size I havehad in Thaland. Very professional staff from the doorman, front desk ladys ad most of all my room keeper. She was so helpful and good at her job.

Great location and staff and rooms are clean and well designed. However, internet at the hotel is terrible and also there is a lot of construction noise on one side of the hotel where they are building a new condo development.

Excellent, very comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Room serviced efficiently every day. Good breakfast. Very good location. Lots of good bars, restaurants and coffee houses close by. Close to sky trsin a underground stops.

Very spacious rooms. worth the price extra £€$..
Very nice hotel great location. Friendly staff. Was slightly disappointed that they didn’t have anyone on hand to help me with my bag though the doors etc. They did have last time I stoped here so perhaps this was just bad timing .. very big room. Nice bed . Great shower. Breakfast has a wide range off choices. Good location easy to get to BTS ..
