Clean and such helpful/friendly staff

Amazing stay, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Centrally located and friendly staff. Booked floating market tour day with Audy at tourism desk. A must do experience while visiting. He drove us 1.5 hours to Railway Market, gave us 2 hours to shop/eat/see the train passing through. He then drove us to the Damneon Saduak Floating Market and we rented a boat from there. He then drove us back to the hotel. He was on standby the whole time and gave us his number to contact him for questions but he let us do our own thing at both places (unlike what we saw on other guided tour reviews). Make sure to leave hotel by 8 am to leisurely shop first before the bustling crowd comes in to see the train passing through. Gets very crowded/hot around 11 (when first train passes)

Great hotel even with the night noise

This hotel is great, beautiful pool, lovely staff, but know staying on the strip it is going to be LOUD. Music until 3am most nights so bring a sound machine to block it out if you don't plan to be up that late. Otherwise it was perfect!!

Clean and comfortable

Worst hotel experience ever! The window in the room is super tiny and cannot opened. I went to the front desk to cancel the booking. The staff asked Expedia to talk to them, and then told me it’s non refundable after I booked another hotel!!!! I’m super angry about it!

The hotel is one street across from the popular kohsan road but is a world apart with restaurants and bars that are not as seedy. Great location to bakeries, atms, travel agents and the night market. The pier to all the main water temples and siam shopping centre is a 10min walk and the reclining Buddha and the Grand palace is only a 30min walk or 10min Tuk tuk. Taxi to the airport is approx 700BAHT. The recption staff are very helpful, the hotel rooms and public areas are spotless and the pool excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Great location suitable for folks who love convenience, food, markets and nightlife. We loved the family room and staff, however, did not enjoy inhaling vape and crowds daily on the strip and the cold pool. If you’re ok with this, then it’s a great place to stay.

It’s noisy till 2am in some rooms facing the front of the hotel. Nevertheless, the location is great and it’s a clean modern hotel. Good pool with loungers although no sun gets through by early afternoon. The staff are helpful and friendly
