Will come again. Love the convenience of its location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small and it was very difficult to get any English TV but overall a great experience.

We had a great stay. We picked this hotel because of its location to things we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the hop-on hop-off ferry, right next to the hop-on hop-off Tuk-tuk stop and easy to catch a grab from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our hot water stopped working and they fixed it immediately for us. Room was small but cozy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Tenía una sola noche en Bangkok, mi prioridad era ir al Grand Palace y pues de lugares nocturnos al que nunca había ido era Khaosan Road; así que el hotel me quedó perfecto para llegar del aeropuerto, cambiarme e ir de inmediato al Palacio que lo abren solo hasta las 15:30. Me dió tiempo también para ir después a mirar la caída del sol del lado apuesto al Wat Arun en The Deck by Arun, y para ir al Reclining Buddha que está súper cerca. El hotel puede ser obviamente un poco ruidoso por fuera pero nada que no se pueda manejar. Por dentro está todo muy nuevo, elegante y perfecto.

Great hotel within walking distance of many sites

Lovely hotel convenient to all the action of Khaosan but without the noise and grime. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and relatively quiet.

Stayed three nights at this hotel, and had a great stay. Area / location: very convenient for Khaosan Road (5 mins walk away), and also walking distance from the Grand Palace, the National Museum, and Wat Pho. Unfortunately not near a stop for the subway / sky train. But there's a bus stop 2 mins walk away served by lots of routes. Staff: were lovely, and very helpful. I arrived very early on my first day but they let me stash my bag & go back out. Also helped me with airport taxi bookings for departure. Breakfast: good selection of European and Thai options available. Facilities: swimming pool on the roof was great after a long and hot day out exploring! Room: was a good size, with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge in the room. I had asked for a quiet room which the hotel were able to accommodate. Had a great trip, would definitely stay here again.

The staff is what really made this hotel amazing for me. They took great care of me during my stay, and when I had to switch rooms mid trip (no fault of theirs), they were able to get me into my new room way before check in time :)

Good value for price, excellent service

The hotel is clean, and the staff friendly.The rooms are clean and everything is fairly new. The location is good, but there's a big roundabout on the way to the main attractions, which takes a bit to cross. Very close to Khaosan road (if that's what you are looking for) but still very quiet.

Overall it was a good hotel and in a good location, especially if you are looking for some excitement at Khaosan road and adjacent streets. However, there was a lot of black mold in the shower, a significant health hazard.
