Very clean, good breakfast, excellent sea view. Bed a little too soft and smaller than expected (double, not queen) but enjoyed our short stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly

The room was very small which is okay except that there was no surface to put luggage on. There was an elevator in the building but many steps to get into the building so not really very accessible. Breakfast was fabulous! A nice spot on the harbour but our room had no view.

The guest house is in a beautiful location opposite the marina. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Well placed for exploring the town and also for transport links. We would definitely recommend 👌

We have booked for 2 days. The property has no sound proofing. You can hear banging of doors patrons talking from other rooms. The location of the lodge is in the dead partnof Bangor, street litter, dog feces I've seen is frequent. Boarded establishments... Astala Guest house is clean and the owners are by default hospitable and nice.

Absolutely gorgeous Guest House. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view of the marina. There was a lovely seating area at the front and br3akfast was really nice. We will definitely be back.

In good location Decoration carpets etc all very good Be very careful when booking that you get the room you think you have booked for. Web site shows a lovely big room we were shown i to a small poky room Moved to a another room which wad a bit bigger told view over the rooftops appealing!!. Breakfadt hood i gredients what was offeted but no vooked breakfadt. If i had k own i was paying £120 for a small poky room with no cooked breakfadt i would definitely have gone somewhere else
