Not for more than one night

Check in and put was good. Beds are so-so. Needs updating inside and out. Still using actual keys for the doors. Breakfast was ok but unusual that you couldn't serve yourself. Economical for somewhere to lay your head for a couple of hours.

The property has been renovated. Things are nice , breakfast is good with hot and cold choices. The only issue is no elevator. We are old and had large bags. The staff helped us but it would have been good to know.

Exceeds Expectations

I was there for only 1 night. Everyone working there was really nice. The room had mix of updates and vintage touches that I really liked. There was a table with 2 chairs for eating or working. The wifi was excellent for a Zoom call that I had in the evening. I appreciated the option of opening a screened window for fresh air.

Though our stop in Bangor was unplanned, we're so glad we chose this hotel. Its great location was a definite plus, but the front office staff truly made our stay, being incredibly cooperative and welcoming.

Unfortunately the room was lacking in cleanliness. There were two hairs on the bathroom floor and trash left next to the mini fridge and next to the bed on the floor. I feel housekeeping needs to do a better job.

My Favorite Place

Always clean, which is my major factor for always staying here. Yes, it’s older, but it is clean, the staff is awesome, and the breakfast far beats any other motel in Bangor.
