A lovely, small Inn right off 95 and close to University of Maine. Breakfast available in the morning and hot soup and ice cream available in the evening (they had Italian Wedding and Beef Chili when I was there). Also, very pet friendly (families had their dogs with them). Highly recommend.

Smooth check-in process. Lobby with the included amenities (ice cream, iced tea, chicken chili for our stay) was a nice touch. Breakfast had many good options but the seating area and food stations were very tiny/crammed and made for a challenging environment. As for the rooms, we we’re on the first floor and you could hear every step on the second floor. Thankfully, we did not have too much going on above us, but I could imagine it could get pretty tricky and uncomfortable etc. Showers were hot with great water pressure. I would recommend, but request an upper level to avoid the paper thin floor/ceiling.

Very clean, we needed a handicap accessable room and they had great accomidations for us our room was close to the elevator and our door had a magnet to stay open while we entered and exited which made it so much eaiser. They had a craft fair while we where there and that was so nice to see some locals selling the crafts and things. Great breakfast a good varity to choose from and they even offer gluten free options. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
