A decent property let down by dreadful staff. We are elderly and quite disabled. We walk with either a walker or two canes. When we checked in alone, the young male at reception stood watching us struggling with our bags and the hotel’s doors, but never moved even one inch toward us to assist. The doors did not open by any means other than manually doing so. There were no other guests. We finally made it to the check in desk where the clerk just stared blankly and never said a single word. We produced our credit card and ID, and limped to our room. We are beyond appalled that anyone could be so heartlessly cruel and unprofessional. We definitely will not be back, and we recommend you give it a miss, too.

Rooms were nice. Property is older but well maintained. Only complaint is sitting chair in room was old, stained and not very comfortable. Cleaning staff very attentive to requests.

This is an old hotel. The decor is looks like from the 50’s. The staff looked and acted as if they have been working there since that era. One front lobby attendant acted non-deferentially when I asked him for assistance with the thermostat. He just gave me the impression he didn’t care for my Spanish accent. His demeanor was rejecting towards me and my seeking assistance. The hotel was average in general.

Well located hotel near Bangor shopping area. An older hotel in reasonably good condition. Beds were ok. Bathroom small and could use an update. Breakfast was marginal at best

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.. wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than one night. Upside is that this hotel is right in the city close to all the shopping.
