The night clerk wouldn't give us the in-state rate because we booked through a 3rd party. Then at 10am they were out of coffee in the lobby and said they weren't making any more. And then because we hadn't booked a park-n-fly, they would only give us $2 off parking, instead of covering a whole day. It just felt like nickel-and-diming and was kind of a bummer.
