Very good value for money, typical motel kept in good conditions, breakfast was surprisingly good (Waffles, eggs, cereals, juice, bagels), the staff was friendly, check-in and out very quick and easy, free coffee all day, the place was clean, the location is convenient for exploring the area (Acadia 1h, Ellsworth 20 min, Rockland 90 min, Portland 1:45h) but not great to spend a day at the hotel, the rooms had a refrigerator, AC and microwave

It's a little tired but adequate if you look past that. The bed was comfortable and the T.V worked ! The best thing was the breakfast. Plenty to choose from for a good start to the day. Coming from the U.K the waste was hard to watch ( each slice of bread wrapped with cling film !) but I think that's as a result of COVID & at least they've continued to serve a breakfast !

The room looked clean, however, i moved the pillow and there was what im pretty sure was a roach. We only saw the one bug but it wasn't a good thing. The property could use some updating as well. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast was good.
