This property is about a half hour away from a beautiful national park. It’s a part of the local downtown area. There was a fantastic seafood restaurant just three blocks away. One thing I really liked was walking into the room. There was no smell. There was no bad smell, and there was no cleaning smell! The manager was very patient with the questions that I sent her way and the snacks in the room were all things that I really liked. It was like having my mom buy my favorite things because I was coming home to visit. I haven’t slept in the bed yet so I can’t comment on that at this time. But it’s comfortable to sit on. The walls are a good thickness. We can’t hear our neighbors. And the bathroom has had a wonderful makeover and is very clean.

The check in process should have been made clear. There's no way to contact people who run the motel. Recent work in the bathroom was ill designed and hilarious in some cases. Fan chunked and spit all night. It was relatively cheap and served a purpose.

It was quiet, safe, clean. I especially liked the non-skid shower! It was good to have the mini refrigerator and small microwave for meal prep. Nice to have Shaw's supermarket across the street.

The room appeared to be newly renovated. It was clean, smelled fresh the entire time we were there. Great location near but not in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. About an hour and a half from Jasper Beach. We had a great visit. Thank you!

Convenient, cost-friendly location 19 miles from Bar Harbor, across from a strip mall with supermarket, Wendy's and two laundromats. Plush towels, electric air freshener and complimentary snacks/beverages in room. Drawbacks: No alarm clock. Front desk infrequently staffed between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., with phone availability only during other times. Housekeeper didn't make bed, vacuum, clean toilet or replace coffee packets and tissues. Dead rat in parking lot during one day of our four-day stay. Unappealing overall. NOT RECOMMENDED!
