Pretty close to the park so that’s awesome. Most of the staff was so nice one lady not so much. We brought our dog and got a dog room as we always do and it smelt so bad of pee we left early and couldn’t get any money back so that’s a bummer:) if it was like $200 bucks not $400 a night it probably wouldn’t have been as big of a deal.

Gentleman host at breakfast is the biggest asset to the hotel. He’s wonderful and very attentive to everyone. The negative, the hotel is showing its age and wear and tear. Needs updating. I came out of the shower expecting to be able to use hair dryer. It took 30 minutes and my husband to finally track someone down to provide a working hair dryer. Next our TV was not working. We were told no maintenance employee were working. We were changed to another room. In the end, after staying at this hotel for multiple years, we were disappointed in the decline.

This is an older propperty, the walls are very thin and you can hear all of your neighbors. The room itself was very clean, the property is well maintained. Overall good for a night or two but would not want to stay for longer trips.

unfortunately the breakfast was suitable if you want to be a diabetic or have your arteries clogged..however this appears to be the norm. our bedroom was filled with 2 king size beds, why?

Overpriced
For the price the room was below average. We stayed 5 nights (convenient to Acadia NP). No maid service offered until day 3 but towels, wash cloths and shampoo were only supplied for one day. The beds were too soft. Breakfast was hot and cold but it was the same thing every day. All cereals were of the sugary variety. Some Raisin Bran would have been nice. Bananas were out out but unless you were standing right there you didn’t get one and more were not put out for awhile. Plenty of apples nobody wanted.

My family and I had a good time here. It was a comfortable and clean space to come back to. The breakfast was just right for starting our day. My kids really liked jumping in the pool after a long walk on a trail.

Perfect spot!
Amazing place! We found this motel very welcoming with courteous staff. Property is very clean and well kept; the grounds are beautiful to look at and well taken care of. Breakfast was great - well organized and a nice variety with a spacious dining room. We felt very comfortable here; very clean room, comfortable beds, plenty of towels.

I think the property was beautiful and the room was very clean however I have 1 major concern, they don’t provide room cleaning services unless you have stayed their 3 days. For the price I pay I would expect the room to be cleaned. Part of staying at hotel:motel is the service or else I would have preferred an Airbnb. It just seems like a cost saving method. I was disappointed. Otherwise I liked my stay.
