Nice rooms and bathroom.. Clean and comfortable place to stay.. Breakfast is very minimal and they run out of stuff with no restocking.. I would stay here again!

We stayed here during our trip to Acadia national park. The hotel has a very convenient location and is very close to downtown Bar Harbor. It is right at the entrance of the park and most areas in east side of park are less than 30 min drive. The room was nice and standard, could have been maintained a little better. They have free continental breakfast which is a plus however the breakfast options could have been better. The staff was very courteous and professional. The lobby area was very good however they should have a common bathroom there.

Simple hotel off main road. Across ferry harbor to Nova Scotia. Very convenient. Basic accommodation and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Very polite and courteous. A few minutes to Bar Harbor center to the south, and to lobster and other restaurants to the north.

The room was clean when we arrived, but was not cleaned at any point of our 5-night stay (even though their stated policy is to clean every three days). We had to ask for fresh towels and for our trash to be taken out, which was done promptly. For the price we paid (over $250/night) the continental breakfast left something to be desired (cereal, bad oatmeal, bad fruit, good coffee, granola bars, yogurt, and hardboiled eggs). All this being said, it is a great location, being on the buses for Acadia, and that is what you are really paying for. Staff were polite and helpful when we interacted with them.

The location is good but the rooms are not good torn rugs doors beat up. It’s not the hotels fault but above was a family and they let kids jump and down and run around it was so loud on our ceiling it woke us up after getting ahold of the staff they called and they finally stopped.

Great location, but spend a little extra money and stay somewhere nicer. The room was musty. When you stepped on the floor on the bathroom, water would seep up through the laminate flooring. Not great. I also had to empty a dehumidifier which was already in the room - multiple times during our two night stay. I know humidity is an issue on an island, but it was literally sunny and 70 for the three days we were there.

The property is convenient to town. The facilities are in reasonable condition. We have stayed at this property a number of times over the past 5 years and unfortunately , the breakfast has gotten worse on the last two visits. The previous stay no one showed up to put out the breakfast supplies. On this trip fewer options were available than what was offered in the past. And the juice dispensing machine was not operating and there was only one choice for tea. I hope they can do better.

The rooms were musty, and mildewy smell. We couldn't risk staying there due to health issues. The rooms were smaller than advertised. The floors in the bathroom were lifting up. We were offered to view another room and it was the same issue. The pictures provided on the website don't match real life.
