Things were in poor condition. Screen to the balcony was off the track. Unused lower level rooms looked abandoned. Cost was too high. Breakfast was extremely limited. Powdered eggs were blocky. Staff was fine.

Needs more working on

The rooms are recently renovated and nice. The pool was closed during our stay but should be open next year. Its a convenient location to Bar Harbor and Bangor. Breakfast was decent. Staff not very friendly.

Fair stay

Room itself was amazing, very clean! Great AC and very comfortable beds. Hotel hallway had horrible odor, stale air, parking lot had pot holes and poorly maintained. Just an old property that needed significant updating. We were visiting MDI and Acadia so it was a good base camp to sleep. No frills, but did what we needed. Staff was amazing. So welcoming and responsive!

I wasn't happy with the breakfast that they provided. This is one thing that would make me not stay here again. I would like to see some eggs and possibly sausage or bacon that is not in a prepackage form.
