The room was very clean, and the staff was all approachable. They also serve decent breakfasts. There’s a buffet lunch restaurant that you can walk from the hotel. I will stay here again. 😊

I callled to let the hotel know we were checking in late. Not only was Melanie noted the accounts but she also put all 5 rooms together, which made it convenient for 5 families to meet up fpr dinner and activities. We also loves the outdoor double hottubs and fire pit. The location was less then 10 minutes from Devils-Lake.

We had a lovely experience. The room was quiet and very modern and fresh. The staff was gracious and very welcoming. The location was right off the freeway, BUT you would hardly know that from the walk around the fields and hills. We will certainly choose Fairfield again! thank you

It was a new property. Breakfast was generous, with lots of options. They need to have some maps of the area, including the Dells. Our google maps went haywire and II drove far away from my destination. They need better tower coverage.

We were there for a girls trip. When we got to our room there was a very large pair of mens black underwear hanging in our bathroom. Disgusting. The hotel said they would "deep clean" our room while we were out for the day. They didn't even make our beds!

I liked everything except:1. I was unable to access the internet on my laptop. 2. I was unable to receive a senior citizen discount for myself and my sister because we booked through Expedia instead of booking through the hotel. 3. The air conditioning in the room was unstable.
