We booked for 4 nights. There were 0 other guests. No lake, just pool. Restaurant far far away from bungalows. Out 6 meals only one available. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE OR THE OTHER ONE AT THE " LAKE ".

Completely rubbish do not stay here

Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, I couldn’t take a shower or use the water in the sink as the water was brown and that didn’t change throughout my stay, I tried to find someone to ask about changing rooms and couldn’t find any staff, no one , I paid for this in advance I was totally ripped off, I wouldn’t of paid a penny to stay here it was awful, do not stay here. They can’t call it a hotel it was a joke

Book ikke dette hotel!!

Vi havde igår 1 overnatning på samrith hotel, og da vi kommer frem er der forvirring omkring hvor vi skal bo, da de åbenbart har flere hoteller. Vi får lov at vælge mellem 2 steder, det ene sted er en bungalow hvor der er en pool der er beskidt og helt øde, vi får også af vide der ikke er en reception der. + et meget beskidt værelse. Det andet er et hotel hvor der er reception, men da vi kommer frem ligner det noget der er forladt. (Generelt hele område + hoteller) Men der er ikke nogen i receptionen og nærmest umuligt at finde en der snakker bare lidt engelsk. Dette værelse er også meget beskidt og pletter+hår på sengetøj med huller i, generelt som om der ikke er blevet gjort rent. men vi kan ikke finde andre hoteller i nærheden så vi bliver den ene nat. Men kan det virkeligt passe? Ved godt det er et 3 stjernet hotel, men vi kunne lige så godt have overnattet i en lagerhal. det var virkelig en dårlig oplevelse, og meget forvirrende at vi tror vi har booket et hotel som ser super fint ud, men slet ikke ligner det på billederne. Udover det så stod der at morgenmad var inkluderet, men på hotellet sagde de det ikke var. Vi bookede dette hotel for at slappe af på en længere tur ned gennem cambodia, men det har været alt andet end behageligt. I burde fjerne dette hotel fra jeres platform hurtigst muligt så andre ikke ender i samme situation.

Hôtel à recommander

Hôtel grand standing, très bon rapport qualité prix. Cadre très agréable. Chambre donnant sur un plan d’eau avec nénuphars. Très calme. Un peu isolé, donc obligation d’être véhiculé. Le restaurant et la piscine sont un peu éloignés de l’hôtel, mais ils vous conduisent de l’un à l’autre en petite voiture électrique ou en moto ! Le personnel ne parle pratiquement pas anglais mais ils se décarcassent pour vous satisfaire. Petit bémol à l’arrivée, ils n’avaient pas l’air de connaître Hotel.com ! Il faut se présenter au restaurant pour avoir sa chambre ! Hotel pratiquement vide fin août ! Sympa !
