Room 001 was cute, nice big terrace, exterior blackout blinds, but it was a bit noisy in the night. It is the closest room to reception and top of stairs near entrance. Pretty boutique hotel and lovely staff.

Fantastic location, gorgeous view out of the lift. Super cold fridge and working air-conditioning. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very old and outdated property that desperately needs modernising. Rooms were overall just outdated. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. "Exercise room" was awful. WiFi was down for the day and no attempt was made to apologise about this. And as a feriegn tourist, surely they realise how important WiFi is to a traveller? We arrived a couple of hours early and were told that our room was ready but were not allowed to check in until 3pm. Which again is just an outdated approach to customer service. Why not do the work now rather than stacked work later? We were allowed to store our bags in their office though. Which was not secure as the key was in the door already but I find Poland on general safe so I wasn't overly concerned. Cleanliness seemed ok. I definitely didn't notice anything that was bad. Overall not the best experience but some easy fixes.

Very short walk from the airport with very quick and easy check in. The bus to the town centre/central train station is right outside the airport - only 30 mins in. Staff are very helpful. No coffee in room but good coffees downstairs you can take up to room. Lots of space in rooms & very clean.
