We went downtown maybe 5-8 minutes from the hotel where there were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

Given the positive online reviews, I was a little disappointed. The room was clean, but the overall hotel seemed a little dingy. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly but the one at check-out was curt. He said our dog could not be in any public spaces, which I've never experienced before (eating areas make sense, but the lobby?).

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service at the bar. We have stayed at here twice in the last 30 days. The only thing that I don’t like is the strong fragrance smell in the lobby and bar area.

Room was very clean. Guest Service was very nice. Easy check-in. The parking lot could have been cleared out better. Alot of ice and snow blocked many parking spaces. Had to walk on much ice to get inside. But overall experience was nice. Would stay again.
