The lights/light switches were strange and the lights around the bed did not turn on at all. So room was dark without the curtains open/in the evenings. Light switches controlled certain lights and the combinations were confusing. Bed was hard as a rock. If the bed would've been comfortable it would've been an excellent stay. That's the only really big downfall. Everything else was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Place is quiet. Close and convient to everything! Price was good. Just the bed..... slept terrible and woke up hurting.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the breakfast. There were plenty of options but the options were the same every day. We got tired of eating sausage served every day with either scrambled and eggs cooked hard. What about adding bacon or ham? you can only eat the same breakfast a few days and then it's time to move on.

This is a newer hotel that still has the new hotel smell. I'll start with the positives. In one word,staff. From the desk clerk that got my grandson a muffin when he was upset over no cupcakes in the snack shop to the young lady from laundry that looked at his rock collection on her break to the housekeepers that brought towels. These are your greatest assets. Now the bad. The indoor heated pool was a little tó cold,below the 78 degrees,allowed by the health department and recommended by the American Red Cross for safe swimming. The drain in the tub came loose,the shower only would spray as tall as my neck on the handicapped slide (Im 6 ft tall),the peep hole on the door was almost frosted over. Also the toiletries were enough for 1 person only in a room that accommodated 2 persons. But the biggest issue was the description of the room which was a deluxe king that said it had a sitting area. This one had no sitting area which meant someone having to sit on the bed. These items were minor except the pool and room style which were the two major reasons we chose this hotel.

Very dirty room didnt look like it had even been vacumed dirt and hair in the shower and stain in toilet . Not clean at all halls and elevator were the same not clean will not stay here again

Comfortable newer mattresses and decent pillows. Roomy and well laid out rooms. Pretty standard breakfast offerings. No fresh fruit. Safe and clean. A bit noisy from the icemaker down the hall and conversations can be heard from the next room. Otherwise one of the best stays traveling over a week.
