Lacking on basic housekeeping. Had to request additional basic items (toilet paper, wash clothes, ran out of body wash) due to housekeeping not showing up even though we were out of room all day. Prices on bourbon/whiskey higher than any upscale bourbon bar or hotel I’ve ever been to. Poor follow from bourbon concierge. We were excited to stay at this place when we first booked but were disappointed in lack of basic customer service,

Very nice renovation, clean and great accommodations. Not much immediately nearby but Bardstown is only 10 min away. Service at restaurant was pretty slow. Food at restaurant has potential but could use a little improvement. Hotel was full but pool side bar wasn’t open on Friday or Saturday night. Shuttle limited to groups only.

Waited for 15 minutes with no one working at the check in counter. The bar/restaurant was even worse service. The hotel itself was very nice but the lack of service without any apologies definitely affected our stay.

The hotel is very nice, clean and in a good area. The only disappointment is the restaurant. The food was good, but the portions were small and over priced.

It was a very unique property with the perfect Bourbon lounge feel. We were there on a Monday…. Would like to try it again during the weekend when we could check out the speak easy and golf simulator. The steakhouse restaurant was mediocre, but okay. My only complaint was how stale and musty our room was. It smelled awful and just gave me the feel of being in a old motel- not the decor, but the smell. I’m sure with the humidity in Kentucky it was out of their control. I will say, the main lobby smelled AMAZING
