It’s a late review but I’m still dreaming of the beautiful charming mindblowingly unique stay we had at this gem! The host was so welcoming and kind despite our very late check-in ( & gave us a little upgrade which made me cry!) it felt like family & touched me very much. The centuries old Greek fresque on the ceiling was insane! I couldn’t stop taking pictures and looking at it from our comfortable bed. I felt like a queen :) sadly the pool access was not available but I didn’t care since the location is in the heart of it all, amazing food places and little shops everywhere. It does get a little noisy at night (World Cup matches were happening so we get it) We were sad to leave but hope to be back again one day. Grazzie Mille ciaooo

Spa that size being at an extra charge for hotel guests seems like a rip off

Clean rooms and sheets nice. Room a little small as is the elevator...did not have cream for coffee in room..otherwise. good stay.

The breakfast was excellent and we had a delicious dinner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was an excellent size and very clean. A very enjoyable experience

Great stay!

The hotel is a 4minute walk from Brignole train station. Normally I wouldn’t stay that close to a train station but this one makes an excellent exception. It is up a hill from the station and in a terrific location to explore Genoa. Within in 5-10 minutes of walking you are in the main shopping areas of Genoa. There are tons of little restaurants featuring focaccia bread and other treats. The hotel is spotless, beautifully appointed with clean and modern rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with a great assortment of breakfast food and some sweet treats as well. On our opinion it is the best place to stay in Genoa!

Excellent position Staff mostly pleasant Room great My second stay Value for money
