Almost perfect stay

A lovely relaxing hotel, fabulous facilities and good food. Shuttle was perfect as was the spa, dressing gown and slippers added luxury. Staff could be more warm and friendly

Carlo the Maitr D in the dining room was gracious and helpful . The food was great. Service and staff in hotel all around was very accommodating. Spoke English too. Maurizio the shuttle driver was wonderful. He went out of his way to please. Also he wore many hats. He also cooked in the restaurant 👍 Hotel was very pretty and clean. A little bit away from city center. The only thing is we wish the rooms had more draws and hangers in the closets. And more towels. Although they always brought us some when we asked.

Mattress was not good. Weird. Everything was great. Looked new. Clean. But mattress was cardboard. Im not snooty about my sleep, but matteess was terrible. Rm 512. Everything else was very good.
