Beautiful villa, felt very private and secluded. Perfect for relaxation, reading, writing, and close enough to explore the beaches and other parts of Puglia.

The palazzo is a lovely old house in the center of town right off the main square. The secret sauce here is the large, beautiful garden in back and the extremely personalized service. The staff makes every effort to please and assist. The general approach is thoughtful and old school in a nice way. We had a large room facing the street that was comfortable with high ceilings and lots of space. Bernalda, at first, seems like a not particularly lovely little town but it does grow on you. The house is infused by the interests and personality of the owner Francis Ford Coppola -- probably the principal reason most people visit. Fortunately, the hotel mostly lives up to the expectations...

Overall, an extremely satisfactory stay. Room was lovely, with a magificent view. Breakfast buffet was very extensive, and dinner in the restaurant was a superb experience with great food, and a fantastic view of the old town and the sea as the sun set. Only negative was front desk staff omitting to whatsapp us (as promised) on our first day to let us know our room was ready, but that was a minor glitch in an otherwise great stay. We'd come again.

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Very close to the Airport - 5 minutes by car or hotel provided shuttle. An excellent option for your last night before departure from Bari. Free parking garage if traveling by car.
