I had a great stay at FM7. It was right next to the airport with a free shuttle. My flight landed at 12:15 am, but after passing through immigration and baggage collection, I met the driver by 1:00am, who still waited for me. The hotel was around the corner and was a very comfortable and clean hotel. All the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. I also got a 90 min. massage for an incredibly affordable price. I enjoyed my stay and plan on booking FM7 for future visits to Jakarta. I recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Centre location.

We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.

Massive and clean room, close to shopping mall, breakfast has lots of varieties, staff were friendly and helpful.. Excellent choice for staycation

I stayed here twice wiring two weeks due to my work related traveling. The location is excellent and the proximity to one of Indonesia’s best mall makes this such a great place to stay at. The staff across the board is so professional and polite and they are always on top of your needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent with outstanding selections and service. The fitness center is slightly on the smaller side but has all the right equipment. However they could greatly benefit fr having one of those resistance machines that allows one to perform several exercises through one machine. I also think that they price per day was very reasonable compared to the competitors and the ROI on the money is fantastic, overall, very satisfied with the experience and would definitely use it for future travels as well.
