The reception is at a different location than the hotel. But you can check in before arrival and they will give you the code. The AC is in the bedroom so you should go in there to turn it on. Going yp the stairs was a little painful.

The apartment was fantastic, clean and spacious it has everything you need in the kitchen. The metro is right outside, Bolhao market is opposite and bars, shops and restaurants just a very short walk away. Despite being so near everything it was very quiet, excellent sound proofing so we slept well too! We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is very convenient. Check in on 7/24. The staff is very friendly. I will choose this place next time.

Fabulous location and wonderful stay.

Great location with a mini mart and cafe right next door. Very walkable and quiet. The shower head was a little tricky to use without spraying water everywhere. It kept falling out of the when turning on the water quickly with the very strong water pressure. But we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super nice and clean, and we were able to use the kitchen to cook every meal during our 3 night stay. The host greeted us at the beginning of our stay and gave us nice suggestions on what to do in Porto.
