This is a fantastic hotel—beautiful room, impeccable service, and an unbeatable location just steps from the three Buenavista Malls. The only downside is the internet speed, which tends to be slow, typically ranging between 10–20 Mbps.

I was in a room on the 10th floor. In the 11th floor there was construction going and it was just above my room and I was not able to sleep because the drilling and hammering there. It was not a pleasant stay this time. And no apologies, or any upgrades was given to me. I always go to this hotel. I may go to other hotel from now on.
