Two things that I didn't like....no hot water and the AC didn't work at night. I asked twice at the front seat for someone to come and fix the AC, both times they told me it's fixed but it wasn't. It's too hot to sleep at night without AC. The housekeepers did a fantastic job.

I typically stay at another hotel in BAQ but there was a big football game so most of the rooms in the city were already booked. Staff and check in was great! Observed the following issues: Rooms very old. Ants in the room. Only a thin sheet on the bed and when I turned it back there was a big hair as if they had not changed the sheets. Room was in poor condition. Grout missing and tiles cracked in the bathroom and bathroom door would not close properly. No hot water in the shower. Breakfast was so so. I probably was expecting a lot more as the price was more than I typically pay at my usual hotel but I think they raised the price because of the football. Fortunately, I only stayed one night and checked into my normal hotel the next day. My normal 3 star hotel felt like a 5 star!

The hotel is more close to a Hostel than a hotel, the beds are extremely uncomfortable the hotel is very tired a and old.

This is lower than a motel; it was dirty, no hot water and extremely expensive for the quality of the accommodation. Not sure why it had previously good reviews. One of the worse places I have stayed in a long time. The lights in the room are beyond aggressive. Breakfast was tasteless.
