The hotel is very well located and the rooms are spacious, although they could use some renovation. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not great. Check-in was handled by Gabriela, who tried her best, but the process was a bit confusing. She didn’t explain the included amenities (gym, sauna, jacuzzi), and there was an issue with our room assignment. However, we noticed this was largely due to frequent interruptions from other staff, which made it hard for her to focus. We recommend the hotel train staff to ensure personalized attention and avoid distractions during guest interactions. On a positive note, Álvaro at breakfast was outstanding — incredibly kind, attentive, and made our mornings better. Also, Jhon at the night reception was always welcoming and helpful every time we returned late at night. Their service truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay.

Compared with o the other Movich in Colombia this one has unorganized buffet, where you have to search for a seat. Reading lights in the room did not work, looks like was in some type of remodel… loss of water pressure.

Great Hotel!

My stay at this hotel was amazing! Great room, fantastic free breakfast each morning, really nice bar and pool area on the 7th floor overlooking Barranquilla. Close to restaurants and a supermarket. It is a very safe and secure hotel. No one speaks English, but the employees are all very nice and helpful, which I liked because it made me really practice my Spanish as well. Highly recommend and I will go again.
