Overall the hotel was ok, they can do better! The staff needs to be more friendly

Beautiful place! We especially loved the shower and the bed. Will definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean but AC had a humid feel to it. They came did our bed and pick up plus new set of towels. The staff was more than accommodating, welcoming and solution oriented! That was the best! Breakfast was included with our stay and it was buffet style with fresh fruit veggies, meats, pastries and drinks. The spa was amazing too, had a real relaxing time in th wet areas. I would come back. Hopefully ac gets better.

It was fine, but not excellent. The difference in space and attention between this and its Budget option makes no sense. Two different hotels, two different budgets, but service-rooms space-amenities-beds and Lobby service are the same. I don’t get why to $$ more if both offer the same thing.

Back door didn’t lock, big hole in the wall, no blanket, no hot water, no water for sale. The list goes on. Bad place
