This hotel stay was terrible. The room directly above us the toilet flooded, the hotel staff at the front desk neglected to deal with this matter for almost an hour and water started flooding into our room, through the bathroom fan, down the bathroom wall and even across the room through the patio door. We spoke to the guy who's room flooded and he had about 2 inches of water on the entire room floor. Front desk staff didn't call anyone right away to deal with this and it just kept flooding for an hour. We had to change rooms, buy some new toiletry items because water from the flooding toilet dripped all over the bathroom counter onto our stuff. The new room they put us in the patio door didn't lock which we had to call maintenance to fix as well. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The hotel claims to be newly renovated but the tub was stained with rust, the caulking around the tub was peeling off and was black in colour. Its a disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The bedding had stains and were dirty as well.

The room was nice but the door didn't exactly work right had to almost push it open and closed. It felt as though it had been kicked in a time or two in the past. The shower had bad water pressure too. The room overall though was nice and cozy the only REAL issue for myself and spouse though was it was to bright with the lights off and curtains closed at night. The staff were great the price was great and we would definitely return in the future

Overall the stay was good. They changed the breakfast time which didn't suit us as we where on vacation. To much chlorine in the hot tub but the pool was nice.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The staff went over and above for us. We had 2 babies and a tonne of bags and a big heavy cooler to bring to the 2nd floor (no elevator) the lady at the desk immediately said she would help bring our bags up. A young house cleaner helped as well. At breakfast, the sausage and eggs were cooked to perfection and they even served fresh baked blueberry muffins….FRESH….STILL HOT. The gentleman working the breakfast area even offered straws for out 2- 2 year olds. When I declined because they were too long, he went and cut them to size for them. HOW FANTASTIC is that. Such awesome service. The place was clean and smelt nice. Wasn’t loaded with air fresheners to mask a musty smell. It was actually nice smelling. Pool area was great as well. Thank you for a great stay, keep up the good work

Very little interaction with the front desk. The rooms were very outdated. The shower was gross, the bedding and towels were yellow. There were holes in the walls and baseboards taken apart. When we arrived the door to our room wasn’t even closed all the way. Less than impressive.

Definitely the same as alot of other people have said. Great staff but property needs work. You can tell theyve tried to update it but have completed or have done things poorly. Hotel and bathroom doors in bad condition. Our bathroom sink and toilet both had issues. The walls in room had splatters of stuff all over them, patio door glass was filthy-this is all basic general maintenance that should be done with room cleaning. We wouldnt go back
