Was greeted warmly with a smile by both employees and that was really nice - don’t see this much nowadays - both got up and were eager to help - room itself was clean - beds were really comfortable in my opinion - the bathroom needs updating and a bit more attention from cleaning staff but nothing really dirty but shower pressure was good water was hot and had enough toilet paper - the staff checking me in were great - seriously kudos to both!

The AC unit on the window didn't make much of a difference in cooling the room as it still felt very humid overnight, even with it turned to maximum. The shower also didn't have an inner liner on the curtain so water got on the floor every time we showered. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

We didn't actually stay so I can't comment on the property, but oh man, was the communication ever bad. I tried for 3 weeks to confirm adjoining rooms once we made our booking and didn't get a response. Finally on the day of they called me 3 times in a row to ask if I wanted to use the same credit card for both rooms, even though that's exactly how I booked it online. Then they said they don't have adjoining rooms for us despite me asking numerous times well in advance. Then they spam called me again when we were out at dinner to ask why we hadn't checked in yet. Finally after dinner one of our kids was sick so we decided to just drive home, so I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be coming. They placed me on hold and I sat on hold for 7 minutes before I gave up. Later that night they called me again FIVE TIMES around midnight. Just very weird.

with 276$ the night , the service was just ok the reception was good but the energy and welcomes to make us saying waw the breakfast was so so ( not a lot of varity, no potatoeas as an example) coffee was't good for me the room door, you have to close keeping your hand othewise it will make a huge nose, wish destrubing other guests

Everything was fine other than the cleanliness, shower curtain was the most discussing thing ever, looked like the bottom of it was soaked in urine. Big dirty hand print on the shower wall. Never actually seen any bugs but had 3 bites on my back when I woke up.

The surprise here was the lack of an elevator. We were on the third floor and had luggage for a lengthy trip we were heading to the next day from Pearson so the stairs were not a welcome surprise!
