I like the wooden floors and free breakfast. Also it’s nice they have a fridge and a microwave in the room. However, the AC needs an upgrade, it’s a little loud.

Our room was not very clean when we arrived. The comforter was stained, the bedside lamp fabric was stained, the clock was not set to the proper time, there was no toilet paper on the roll, there was hair in the shower and even a hair on the showers ceiling, the faucets and drains did not appear clean, all of the towels provided were very damp, no towels were available at the pool, fresh towels were not brought to the room after being requested, extra pillows were not provided after being requested, there was no iron in the room despite having an ironing table, there was an approximate 15 minute wait for eggs to be available during breakfast, waffle mix was not available for approximately 20 minutes and we unfortunately had to leave before more waffle mix was brought out. After having my initial request for dry towels and an extra pillow to be brought to the room go unanswered, I called the front desk/concierge to again request dry towels be sent to the room, and was told I'd need to go to the front desk to request and pick up these items, but I had two young children sleeping in the room that could not be left unattended.

The hotel property was right off the highway and had lots of dining options. Upon check-in, we only had one large towel in our room. I had to go to the front desk for the wash cloths, bath mat and hand towels. Additionally, I was expecting the room to be freshen up while we attended our event all day and night but unfortunately housekeeping never came. Lastly, there was no coffee and the juice was super water down during their breakfast hours - both mornings when we stayed. A little disappointed in their service standards especially since the per night rate was high. However, I am hoping this was just due to being sold out and busy.

Breakfast is a food poisoning hazard, cannot get towels as "their boy" was doing laundry, so they dont have sufficient supplies. Bathroom was dirty, not stocked correctly. If you make any requests the staff acts like youre a huge inconvenience. They have signs everywhere to make smokers feel criminal but garbage was overflowing through the urine scented parking lot, grounds disgusting. Stick spot in front of vending machines with a wet floor sign that was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. They also try to double charge you, once on arrival and again at check out. Will NEVER recommend or stay here again

Very convenient and accessible location. Close to everything you'd need for a short stay. But the room has a hint of smell like a dead rat. Shower curtain isn't disposable so it smells like laundry that wasn't dried properly. Towels are upon request but they ran out when we asked for a change of towels and room service is limited to morning only.

The bathroom was very bad, it was swollen everywhere, they taped some places, that bathroom needs a repairman, the room was fine, there was no toilet paper, the towels I brought from the car are very old, I think someone should inspect them.

Speedy and easy check in & out. For this stay when I arrived in the room there were 0 towels in the bathroom. I called the front desk to inquire and they said I could come to the lobby to pick some up. When I did, I was not given wash cloths and was told they didn't have any.

First room we got was not cleaned at all, food was left in drawers, dirty cloths on shelf and the toilet still had leftovers from previous people. They gave us a new room to which there was hair and other substances all over shower wall. I waited till I got home to have a shower. There was no food left when we went for the continental breakfast and had to wait too long for it to be refilled.

Overall our stay was good. The hotel has had a nice face lift. The pool need to be updated and the water marks and track that have turned black require to need attention. Also the dirty laundry should not be kept in the hallway as well. There a free breakfast, if you like watery scrambled eggs… but they also have bagels so I stuck with that. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom needs a new face lift as it’s very old and it shows. But the price is right for a one night stay, and located right off the 400.

I wish the staff would be keen on their customer care, at breakfast time by 9am there was no eggs, sausages n the rest of important stuff. No Styrofoam cups to make coffee/ tea. The reception area was empty with no staff to ask for help. Why include breakfast if the hotel can't manage the number of customers and food to be provided? They can as well offer bed only. The dining area, is too tiny to cater for most of people lodging as much as not everyone comes for breakfast at the same time.
